  DO NOT USE, I recently tried to utilize Jos a banks for my wedding. 1st time I went by the poplar location, I was just standing there for some time before a younger sales associate came by and asked me if I needed help. I informed him I was interested in tuxedo rentals at which point he advised me he was new and I needed to wait on someone that was more informed in that field. After sometime I notified him I would come by later. Fast forward a month later and I go into the Collierville location. I was met with a young lady named Yavi, I informed her my interest in the tuxedo rentals at which point in time she ran down the prices and packages, I told her I would come back the next day in order to place my deposit. I entered the store the next business day, at which time they were somewhat busy on a Sunday. I was informed by one of the associates that no one was working the Tuxedo rentals that day and I had to wait. After waiting approximately 45 mins, a sales associate Zachary Marrow assisted me. I inquired about the prices and packages that one of the previous sales associates informed me and he further told me that Yavi was out of town on vacation. After being informed of some of the prices in which were not the same as Yavi told me, he advised she was wrong and that he was her boss. I found that he was the assistant manager for that location. Thus me and my fiancé were reviewing the packages and tuxedos, after some time I came to a decision and the package items such as the socks, shoes, and pocket squares were brought up. I asked Mr. Marrow if the selections in the booklet were included in the rental package. The pictures however, indicated pricing for ie. socks, shoes, etc. were $14.99 and $4.99. He told me not to worry and that all the items no matter the selection were included at no additional fee. So I went ahead with my selections and finally paid my deposit after approximately 2 hours. As I was leaving the business, I reviewed my receipt and the prices did not appear to add up properly. Additionally, the date of my wedding was entered wrong (2 days prior to the date). I went back into the store to get the correct date which added an additional 10 minutes.

  The customer service here was terrible. After spending a hour with the sales associate, she asked for my fiancé's name. She looked displeased with our choices instead of supporting what we wanted, a plain black tux and she was very incompetent on the computer which drug the process out even longer. Never ever again.
