After my encounter, I sent a message to corporate who either didn't care about my complaint or they've heard so many complaints about this store they knew nothing would change. I will not return to this store or order from Sephora online again. Don't waste your time walking into this store; head over to Dillard's for some of the friendliest people that treat you well!
